Mexican Pozole
Another Curry- like soup. The Mexican Pozole. Do not underestimate the lime. A squeeze of that in the bowl takes it all to a different level.

A wonderful creamy warm cold weather favorite. Along with the classic grilled cheese, this is filling too.

This Dutch staple should be called ham and pea curry! Very much like our parippu “curry”. The only difference being that ours is healthier!😉
